I dont know what im doing wrong,i have created captive portal hotel voucher but i cannot connect from my mobile i get message "connected, no internet"  , i also have created a ssdi (different from the one mapped in portal) this has a simple password access works ok and connects with no issues.

Usually devices show the portal page automatically if they detect no connection to the Internet at a WLAN hotspot. Some older devices don't do so. In the latter case you need to start a web browser and type in an URL of a website you want to visit. The browser then will be redirected to the portal page where you can type in the voucher code.

 

Make sure to enable »HTTPS redirect« in OC200's Portal Page settings if you want to get redirected by typing an address starting with https://, else you need to type an address which starts with http://

I fixed it, our network has  3 x eap225v1 and 2 x eap225v3 , i unbind the two eap225v3 and it worked, then i adopted them again one by one but again it caused problem so i looked at the products firmware and ended downgrading to the previous version and now the voucher is working all 5 devices are connected .
