Firmware Version: 1.0.1 Build 20190118 Rel.32996

We have two switches TL-SG1016PE both V1 rev., with the latest firmware version 1.0.1 Build 20190118 Rel.32996.

All ports are enabled. They both have a link problem even after hard reset. If i connect pc or any other device to another port during work link cannot established. When i revert cable back to first port its connecting succesfully. It seems a switch checks ports only at start. WTF TP-LINK???

Do you mean that the corresponding Ethernet LED indicator is OFF on the SG1016PE switch?

 

If it's the case, please follow this guide to test the switch. Thank you in advance.
