Model: EAP110
Hardware Version: V4
Firmware Version:

Hi Everyone,

I have a problem, after updating my software controller on Windows 10 machine (to version Omada 3.2.10) I can not see WiFi channel number of my APs - EAP110(EU) v4 and EAP115-Wall(EU) v1. The controller also doesn't show info about the number of connected clients. It shows only 2 clients on one AP, but I know that there are at least 18 devices connected to WiFi and using it (active connection to the Internet). I have no statistics available besides those two clients.

I tried to update APs firmware to the newest available, reinstall all, reset to factory defaults, setting up channel manually for every AP - nothing helped. Please help.

@Barwin, you can downgrade the EAPs to the latest firmware version which is compatible with controller v3.2 to get them fully functional again.

@Barwin, you did upgrade the EAPs to Omada SDN firmware, but forgot to update the controller to SDN Controller.

Please read the release notes when doing firmware upgrades (here shown for you EAP115-Wall):

Also read the Omada Controller Upgrade Guide.

Thank you for very fast reply. I did not upgrade the controller to version 4.x(SDN) as one of my devices is not compatible. You are right, now I understand my mistake.
