I have a Virtual MS 2012r2 DHCP server on top of esxi host and I'm trying to configure the DHCP Relay on Tp-link t2600g-28ts V4,  so all VLANs can get an IP Address but cant seem to get it to work. I know Tp-link t2600g-28ts V4 switch can be used as a DHCP server itself but i want to use DHCPserver on MS server.  Kindly advise.

I think you may need to configure DHCP Interface Relay on the switch, check the configuration example from the FAQ or the CG below.
