I'm not sure I understand what you want to do.  Generally speaking, what you are asking is not possible.  Any interrogation of the TCP/IP stack will reveal:

E.g. ipconfig /all 

1) Gateway

2) Subnet Mask

3) Client IP

4) Client MAC

5) DNS server(s)

6) Wins servers

7) DHCP server

These values are required for TCP/IP to work.

What operating system are your clients running?  School/Work PC's or personal devices?  It may be possible, on some operating systems, to prevent users of a certain level from viewing the values.  But usually you can only prevent changing them.  Often these restrictions are only applied at the GUI levels.  If the user is savy enough to use the command line (unless you've blocked it) there's still a lot they have access to (at least read only).

@Ser don't think you can but if you make the network guest the device connected cannot access any private address, not sure for which other reason you want to hide it.
