I just recently purchased this device from Amazon and now I cannot connect to the AP via the Omada App on Android. I tried reinstalling the app, but it didn't work. Can this issue be fixed at all?

Hi @SonSun,

 

There are several ways to configure the TP-Link EAP Access points:

 

1) As standalone in the AP 

2) using a PC's web browser to the emdedded web management page

3) Adopting into Omada/SDN SW management platform.

 

I suggest you start by doing a hard reset of the device, ensuring you have an adequate/appropriate PoE power supply, and reviewing the installation and configuration instructions.
