so computer in room #1 can ping IP of computer in room #2

room #1 (huawei modem router)  ----- ethernet wire ---- TP Link CPE210 #1

TP Link CPE210 #2 ---- ethernet wire --- room #2 (huawei modem router)

 

is it possible???

2 of CPE can build a wireless bridge between the two rooms.

But if you want the computers can communicate with each other, it's better to get the modem router in room #2 to work as an AP instead of a router, in this way, all devices work in a same LAN network. Otherwise, you may need to open ports on both routers to allow communication from two different LAN networks.
