Client Not Showing in Omada SDN
Client Not Showing in Omada SDN
Hello,
I have a strange bug: I have a client (Raspberry Pi running Raspbian 10) that is not showing up in my client list on Omada. The client is located in "Clients 4" below:
I can ping the Omada SDN and TL-R605 successfully from this client, and it is functioning properly in my network.
Has anyone perhaps seen similar problems, or have any tips for debugging?

I have the same issue but i am not using a TP-Link router.
My switch is constantly missing heartbeats which then shows 0 wired clients in the Omada SDN software.
I am running the TL-SG2428P v1.0 switch, my controller is virtual on Debian running 4.2.4

I just moved from a standalone TL-R605 (1.1) to an Omada Controller (4.4.8) and am facing the same issue now.
Wired clients are only showing up sporadically or not at all and I am unable to assign any fixed IP addresses (or at least it is not working) but at least dhcp seems to be working fine.
Did any of you guys get a working fix/info from TP-Link yet or was able to fix the issue?

I am going to join the list of this.
Gateway - ER7206 Version 1.1.1
Switch - TL-SG3428 Version 1.0.0
Handful of EAPs.
Only a certain wired devices show up randomly. I went through and updated all TP-Link Devices. Not sure if there is something i missed in setup, or if I am in the same boat as everyone else that its a software issue.
