Hi, In both 610 /510 CPE  the option MAC of AP1 which means its will lock to particular access point or P2P via MAC address. In such situation whenever AP or Opponent Radio is faulty or malfunctioning identified and Replacing the device The client end CPE should search for MAC of AP1, then if that mac is not identify then it should move to another AP , this is the concept right.. But this is not happening. we have to manually login and need to change the LOCKED MAC of client CPE. This is one case, think of it that AP having 50 clients. is it possible to move each customer end and doing the same. This is affecting our business. kindly provide us with solution...

Where did you get the firmware for your CPE610? It doesn't seem to be an officially released firmware.

For "Lock to AP" option, if you enable it, then the client will always connect to the specific AP no matter it's working well or not.

I think you may need to disable "Lock to AP" option.
