Seems like they are testing Wireguard in the standalone version of the ER7206 already.
Would be interesting to know the timelines for ER605v1, ER605v2, ER7206 and especially ER8411 in combination with Omada.

https://community.tp-link.com/en/business/forum/topic/582608 Seems to be gone now in the emulator for er605v2 so. So might have been a pre-release intermediate release being pushed? Either way there was also a roadmap for the controller to have wireguard support with v5.8 coming "end of year", which still needs the gateway firmwares to support it. Let's hope this is a sooner than later kinda thing...
