I CANNOT ENTER MY BANK
Good afternoon I have a TL-R470 + balancer in which I balance 3 adsl lines, everything is fine, the bandwidth, I balance everything in order, but when trying to access a bank, especially legal, it rejects the connection, given it explains to me the support of the bank that the bank detects 3 ip you publish at the same time so the bank's platform rejects the connection. I hope help me thanks

Have you enabled "Enable Application Optimized Routing" in Load balancing options? This will ensure that same WAN is used for the multiple request to the same destination from same source.
If the above doesnt work, you can setup a static route to the bank's IP network using one of the WANs. This will ensure that all requests to the bank is served by same WAN all the time.

Please refer to the section 6.1 of the user guide to get help on configuring static route on . (there may some UI variations in your router)

How to find the IP address of you bank?
1. Ping the domain name of your bank that you are accessing. (eg. ping savings.bank.com )
2. you will get an IP address. (eg. 124.125.126.130)
3. configure the entire subnet to be routed using one WAN. (eg 124.125.126.130/24)
Hope this helps.
