Has anyone been successful in migrating an existing FTTP service to Talktalk residential FTTP?

I've been trying to sign up to their 550/75 data only FTTP service.
They appear to be unable to migrate my existing BT FTTP service and instead want to order a whole new service which would mean a 2nd drop cable and 2nd ONT.

I've seen plenty other people migrate FTTP to their business packages but I can't recall anyone posting about doing so with their resiential packages.

I'm waiting on a call back from their full fibre team to see if I can manage to get them to put the order in correctly.
Failing that I may have to cease the BT FTTP and hope Talktalk are capable of activating the idle ONT.
