Model: EAP245
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

I recently moved and wanted to install my (omada controlled) EAP245v1 again.

If I plug it in now it flashes green-orange-orange-green, and then stays on green. But there is no network to connect to.

If I try to reset it, the led stays on green however long I hold the reset button. Even a 30-30-30 reset does nothing.

Plugging in the EAP directly to my laptop via an ethernet calbe shows that the cable is not connected.

Is this EAP broken?

Seems EAP is down. You can try different power sockets and Ethernet cables. Power off it and wait for 30 mins or so, then reset again. If the light still doesn't have reaction, I think it's hardware broken. You need to contact TP-Link to request RMA.
