@Ivan12

This issue is kind of strange.

1. Connect the same phone or PC to the 2.4G and 5G WiFi one by one, and then you can check the IP address on the phone. If the 2.4G has no internet what error message you can get?

2. Since the 5G can get internet, the IP address should in the same subnet of the router.

If your PC or phone can get a similar IP address from the router's subnet, you can try to do a Ping test, Ping router's LAN IP, and Ping 8.8.8.8

TP-Link has some instructions on how to use the Ping test:

https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/faq/425/

3. How about trying to reset this EAP and use the default SSID to test if 2.4G and 5G can get internet.

@Ivan12

It seems that only the EAP225's 2.4G has issue, and the 2.4G on the EAP110-Outdoor is working fine.

You can try to reset the EAP225, upgrade the firmware version to the latest one.

Another way is to change the channel and channel width for the 2.4G of EAP225 to test. It is better to use some tools "WiFi Analysis" to test the current wifi environment. Usually select a clean channel and change channel width to 20Mhz will be great.
