My Java Version:

openjdk version "14.0.2" 2020-07-14
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 14.0.2+12-Ubuntu-120.04)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 14.0.2+12-Ubuntu-120.04, mixed mode, sharing)

@yeng Hi here I find an instruction related to the installation of the Controller Software on the Linux System.

Version 4.2.8 is not the latest one, you can try to install a new version of the controller.

Hello thanks for the reply. I was able to run the software 4.2.8 and ditch it since when I try to use the portal authentication it says controller should be online. Does it mean the Omada Hardware Controller(OC200)?

 

I bought the hardware(OC200) but then again the portal authentication won't work. I can connect to the AP (EAP110-outdoor) and no authentication would appear on the phone. I tried to set the hotspot authentication via voucher.
