Hi all,

 

I am stuck with the configuration of this NVR. 

I have activated the cameras and assigned IP addresses via the SDAP took from Hik Vision. 

 

The VIGI system sees the cameras but whenever i add them, I have a green tick with '1 device added', then in the bottom window, "Connection Status: Not Connected".

 

What am i doing wrong here?

 

Are the HiLook cameras even compatible with the VIGI NVR?

As far as I know, Hi-look is Hikvision camera, and normally, we should enable Onvif protocol on that camera, and create a admin account, then we can add them on NVR.

PS： Onvif is Open network video interface protocol.
