TL-ER7206 Blank Login Page
Hello Everyone,
I can't seem to access the login page. All it does is give me a blank screen.
I have already done the following:
1. Reset the device (twice)
2. Tried different browsers, all show the same blank screen. Browsers that I have tried on my Windows 10 system: Chrome, Brave, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Opera.
3. My IP is set through DHCP. Double checked it.
I have already contacted support but I went here just in case I get the help faster.
I have tried adding the device through the Omada controller but I can't seem to add it.

Hi,
Is this a new device right out of its box?
for #1: Just to confirm, when you say you've reset the device twice already, then you surely mean you did a factory reset by pressing and holding the reset button for more than 5 seconds until you noticed some response from the status LEDs, right?
for #2: So it's not like the browser can't connect to 192.168.0.1, but it appears to connect and the is just that the page is completely blank?
Do you get a normal response if you "ping 192.168.0.1" the router from a command prompt?

This is a 2nd hand device from a very reputable seller. I purchased a lot of networking devices from them.
#1 Yes, I did a hard reset, pressing the reset button and holding it for around 10 seconds then releasing it.
#2 I get a normal response when I ping it.
I just check Chrome's developer tools to see what is going on and it seems like I'm getting 3 errors.

I tried doing an emergency recovery as well using this guide https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3062/
but still no go. When trying to access 192.168.0.10 it just tells me that the page cannot be reached.
I have also tried experimenting with Tftpd64 still no go.

Sorry to hear that nothing has worked. I have also no more ideas what could be tried or done.
