Model: ER7206 (TL-ER7206)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

Hello Everyone,

I can't seem to access the login page. All it does is give me a blank screen.

I have already done the following:

1. Reset the device (twice)

2. Tried different browsers, all show the same blank screen. Browsers that I have tried on my Windows 10 system: Chrome, Brave, Edge, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Opera.

3. My IP is set through DHCP. Double checked it.

I have already contacted support but I went here just in case I get the help faster.

I have tried adding the device through the Omada controller but I can't seem to add it.

I tried doing an emergency recovery as well using this guide https://www.tp-link.com/us/support/faq/3062/

but still no go. When trying to access 192.168.0.10 it just tells me that the page cannot be reached.

I have also tried experimenting with Tftpd64 still no go.

The default IP of this router is 192.168.0.1, not 0.10. Is it a typing error? Check if the IP of your laptop is in the same subnet as the router's, and then try to ping the router's IP from your laptop to check the connectivity between them.

@Somnus Nope, it is 192.168.0.10 for Receovery Mode as indicated by the article on the link. Yes, I also get an IP 192.168.0.xxx from the router, and still no go. Same subnet mask and no problem with pings. It seems that the device is working as a router but I just cannot access the admin page to set it up no matter how many times I reset it and use different browsers, ethernet cables, ethernet ports, etc.

Can ping the router but can't reach its admin page? I think you should have a try to turn off the firewall on your laptop.
