Can't connect to VPN PPTP server on ER605 router from outside network

Model: ER605 (TL-R605)

Hardware Version: V1

Firmware Version: 1.1.1

I can connect to the PPTP VPN at home from the ALN but if I use outside network, like at work of from a phone via 5G connection, I can't connect to the home VPN. Please help
