How to set up a static route on a VPN hardware box?

I've got a VPN / Networking newbie question. VPN box is a TP-Link TL-ER6120.
The LAN is 192.168.1.1 (Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0)
DHCP is 192.168.1.100 -> 192.168.1.199
Clients logging in from the VPN are assigned: 192.168.20.10 -> 192.168.20.30
The TP Link VPN software will NOT allow me to set the VPN client IP range to: 192.168.1.200 -> 192.168.1.220
Problem: Clients who log in via the VPN can not see the Windows network.
I'm guessing that the problem is due to the fact that the local network and VPN clients are on different subnets. Do I need a static route? I've been playing with it, and it isn't working.
Here are the settings for the static route:
Destination: 192.168.1.0
Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0
Next Hop: 192.168.1.100 (No idea on this one)
Interface: WAN/LAN (Two choices. Not sure)
Any thoughts on how to set these parameters? I'd really appreciate any help.
