Hi,

I just spoke to support who confirmed this, but maybe someone else knows a workaround... I'm trying to configure Access Rules based on a Whitelist of allowed IP ranges. This is fine - in theory. Unfortunately, once you hit a number of 32 access rules, the ER6020 will refuse to add more. 32 is hardly a large number (and, for example, it _does_ accept more than 32 URL filtering rules, which I'd imagine is far more processor intensive). This feels like a bug in the firmware. Does anyone know a fix for this? As it stands, this is basically making the firewall completely useless for us (and thus, the entire router).

maybe there are a limitaion on the software or hardware resource, how did you use it? i mean if the whitelist can complete it, whether we can try to use blacklist to achieve it.

Let me give you an example: Amazon AWS IP ranges: https://forums.aws.amazon.com/ann.jspa?annID=1701

How would one go and allow (or disallow) these specific ranges with 32 rules. It can not be done.

Thus, the firewall, as it is, is useless.

I am seeing the same limit - but in the Virtual Server section - seems very low to only be able to assign 32 different port forwards to servers/devices...given the size of this router. Anyone else see this??
