I configured no-ip ddns, and the ddns server gets the first update, so everything is configured properly, no further updates. I have tried 1 hour, 6 hours, 12, etc., and all the same - I click "Create" and within a few seconds the no-ip server shows an update, but no more after that.
How can I diagnose and fix this?

Hi, what's the Router's model and firmware version?
And how do you know there is no further updates? Did you see the WAN IP changed, but DDNS server still use the old WAN?
@Virgo The ddns provider's website shows when updates happen, and it didn't show any updates. It does show an update as soon as I save the configuration using the Omada controller, but none after that. If it shows 1, clearly the info is correct.

I am seeing the same issue.
Additionally, I have two Dyanmic DNS hosts configured, one for each of my configured WAN ports corresponding to my two ISPs. One of them seems to update randomly (based on the records at NO-IP.com) and the other does not update at all.
Similar to you, if I go into edit the configuration, and save it, I can force one of them to update, sometimes both. Seems kind of random so far. After that only one of them seems to update (tracked for a 3 day period) and it only updates very infrequently, not at the configured interval which is currently 1 hour.
