Is there a way to access the NVR remotely without going through the internet?
Access with web browser over local IP-address for instance.

@DonaldD. En.. for internal LAN, so they are in the same LAN with same segement IP address?
Then maybe you could try VIGI security Manager on your windows PC, and check if you can access to NVR via this software.
