Hi,

I recently got a SG108E switch and connected with the existing Cisco router. 

When first connected my laptop the connection started dropping. So I changed the port and it was the same behavior.

Next, I got another laptop and connected it with the switch, the same behaviour was observed.

Then, I connected both the laptops to Port 1 and Port 2, guess what both laptops had connection drops. 

The Switch DHCP is disabled. 

I have attached the basic network diagram for reference.
