How to connect OC200 without TP-Link router to Internet
Hello everyone,
we have the following hardware in use, a Cisco router (which I cannot change), 3 TP-Link Switch TL-SG3428, OC200 and several EAP 245. I simply cannot connect to the Internet with the OC200, so I cannot use the cloud service. Does anyone have a solution?
Thanks
Holger

@Holger31868 Hi,OC200 can be used with ordinary routers.
1. You need to check your network connection first to make sure that your OC200 has access to the network. You can connect your PC to the second port of the OC200, and then ping 8.8.8.8 on your computer to see if you can ping it successfully.
2. What is the light condition of OC200 at this time? Will the Cloud light be on ?
3. Make sure port 443 is open and check whether it is a Cisco firewall that prevents you from enabling cloud access.
