Hi all I'm looking to run an external access point ideally in the Omada range that can be driven from 12V. I currently have this set up using an inverter to power the POE, but this is not very efficient. Is there a poe injector that can be run on 12V, or an AP that can be run on 12V? thanks in advance

The EAP-225 will work with Passive POE @ 24v.

I use a Tycon 12v to 24v PoE injector (https://www.msdist.co.uk/tycon-systems/dc-dc-converters/12v-24v-poe-injector)
