Good day 

 

I have just currently installed the 2  access points 

 

Device name : EAP245-C0-C9-E3-A3-49-08

Device Model : EAP245

 

Here i want to created a software controller  but its not allowing me to open it. It asked me to install Java 8 I did but still does not work on my PC is there any other way I can do 

 

run the Omada Cloud controller on my PC ? 

 

my PC is on Windows 10 64bit.

 

Please assist.

This is usually not a problem. 

 

Try remove all your old java and install this 64Bit java.

restart your computer and install Omada SDN software

Your antivirus or company policy, if you have one can alo block for you. typical if you not administrator on your computer or the computer is a part of MS Intune.
