This applies to all TP-LINK Switches

this is a huge problem when for example the OC200 is connected to the switch.

This is also a problem with software upgrade of switch. The OC200 is turned off when the switch is restarted after upgrading.

Some other switches have a choice not to turn off the power when rebooting.
