@Henry1288 Hi, if all of your devices cannot get the IP from the AP,you need to check your router's internet.make sure the AP is hard-wired to your router.If some specific device cannot get the IP,then you need to check their models to see if they are the same type of products. Also,check if you have set some advanced functions such as vlan, mac filtering, etc.
