I am looking to purchase 2 new switches, and have found that the TL-SG2428P would be the new rep[lpacement for my existing swithces (T1600G-28PS). I have read therough the documentation, and see there is a way to place these into standalone mode, but wanted to see if anybody has them working in an eviorment like I will have them alongside multiple T1600-28ps switches? We currently have 6 of the older T1600-28ps switches, and need to add another 2. My thought was to place the newer ones in alongside the older ones, but not sure if I would be able to stack it with the older siwthces. This would allow us time to upgrade switches oen at a time. over the next 2-3 years.
