Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 4.4.6

Got a strange one with OC200 controller.

All connected and all working okay with 4 APs attached.

If I try to manage using the Android app, I get an error of 'failed to get IP address' and I am unable to manage.

However, connect as a local controller from the app or via the Web page and all is good and working as it should be.

It is useful for me to be able to access this remotely so this is a frustration at the moment.

The controller is running as a DHCP client and this all seems to be good.

What about using this APP on the iPhone or IOS device?

Still has same issue?

@Virgo

The issue is with the APP on the phone.

From the local access or by going to the web page, i can access and manage perfectly.

The issue comes if I am trying to access this remotely.

@BigStu73

I'm having the same issue. I have an Android phone and the Omada controller running in Docker.

Local access in the app is ok, also logins remotely from tplinkcloud.com or the local webinterface. It's only the remote access in the app that isn't working.

I have the issue by clearing app data from settings and login again

@Mahdi_isa

Hi, what do you mean by clearing the data? Can you point out where to find and do that?
