I have a router TP-LINK TL-R470T+ and I have a problem.

I am using the first two ports for WAN (connection type is Dynamic IP on both ports) and last three for LAN.

I have 2 question:

1, the Load balancing function is enabled in the router, and it looks that the function is working on download speed, but for uploading i think that the router is using just the first port.

2, the wan ports are in every 5 minutes renewing IP addresses and sometimes it cause a connection failure (for example at video chat). How can I set the wan ports IP renewing time?
