Model: ER605 (TL-R605)
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1

I would like to use our own DNS Server in our Intranet. We have no static IPV6 address, thats why i need to give the ULA or Link Local address from my DNS Server.

But Link Local address as manual DNS address not allowed.

Is this a bug or how can I resolve this?

@vedat

Do you use your Router in standalone mode? No controller?

As far as I know, the Controller supports IPV6 manual DNS. Have you tried the Controller mode to find these options you need??

And you can try Aggregatable Global Unicast Addresses

@John1234

Hi John

I am using Controller. Global IP Address can be give and it works.

I don't have static IP Address, my Global IP Address changes everyday, that's why I need to use a local IPv6.

@vedat

I think I found what you need. https://www.tp-link.com/us/configuration-guides/configuring_dhcp_filter/#example_for_dhcpv4_filter_4_1

On TPLINK switch, that's called DHCP filter.
