Question about my eap 110 outdoor

I setup my EAP110 just like the tutorial on youtube. but I have problem 

when I connect to the SSID it will not redirect to the portal to input the voucher. 

the Omada controller is still open I did not close any of my apps

please help me. thanks

@Lowkey Hi,

1. Please upgrade the firmware of EAP to the latest version
2. Are you using OC200 or software controller, and what is the version of your controller ?
3. Please check your settings according to this FAQ to see if your portal settings are correct.

Hi @Hank12 Thank you for your help. It is all good now. I have already upgraded the firmware and software. The reason for the error is that I used outdated software.
