Is there any PTZ outdoor budget camera from TPLINK as I could not find one from the product list that is suitable for my application.   I need a wifi option to the PTZ since doing  wiring LAN cable is not practical in certain areas.

As far as I know, all tplink ViGi cameras require a wired connection.
You can check the official website, there seems to be a wireless camera like Tapo C310 that only needs to be plugged in power cord, but this camera can only be stored on SD card and only supports mobile app management, you can see if it meets your needs.

@Virgo 　I think the TAPO C310 is not PTZ camera.
