Model: OC200
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.14.3 Build 20220112 Rel.64116

Hi,

In switch statistics, I noticed that the wrong device is shown next to the graph with data transfer.

In the image attached, you can see that Port 2 has no device, while in reality OC200 is connected to it.
Port 3 and 4 are in LACP mode and are both connected to "Switch 2".
Port 5, 7, and 8 are good. But Port 8 is displaying the MAC address of Access Point instead of the assigned name "AC1".

This looks like LACP is causing issues with this display.

If you need more data from me, feel free to contact me, and I'm more than happy to provide you will all information you need to fix this bug.

To better assist you, could you please tell us what is model number of your switch?

And what is the hardware and firmware version of it?

Please also tell us what's the physical connection(current topology) of your all devices?(You can draw a diagram of Network Topology simply if you don't mind.)

Thank you very much for providing such a clear topology diagram.

As the firmware version of your SW1 TL-SG2210P  is not up to date, we suggest that you can upgrade it to the latest version to see if this solves the problem.

@Hank21

Check for the update button on the Omada controller doesn't return anything new.

My version is: 3.20.2 Build 20210806 Rel.55686

On the website, I found: TL-SG2210P(UN)_V3.2_20210407

Is that version from the website newer?

Is there any more information that would help with finding the issue's root cause?
