Hello,

 

I am experincing issues with my oc200 controller.

I did an upgrade 2 weeks ago, when I received the message that there was an update for the controller.

 

Now, I am unable to adopt new devices.

Device adoption failed because the device does not respond to adopt commands.

 

I did a factory reset of this device (and can login with admin/admin)

I also did login to the device (ap 620hd) and enabled cloud manage and updated the inform ip adres to reflect my controller.

 

What else can I do?

I cannot download 5.0.29 from the tplink website.

 

Any suggestion would be nice

Actually controller v5 has changed the port of the adopt device, you can refer to this article for some troubleshooting:
