Are mANT antennas from mikrotik compatible to eap devices with detachable antennas? Did anybody try?

I have asked a similar question before, tplink gave a reply you can refer to:

it is generally not recommended to use with other brands of antennas, there may be compatibility issues.

Just striving to develop myself while helping others.

  @Virgo thanks for letting me know. I can understand that tp-link cant guarantee for other companies, but in general if it should work is maybe may bad question, maybe better would be what are the known restrictions, like how much max power it can give to antenna etc.., I wanted to know before buying one as maybe somebody is using it. On that location is quite everything from mikrotik except access points and there are some older antennas for 2.4Ghz, I just need 5Ghz and would prefer to buy mikrotik as even if unused on eap's it will be used on another device.
