Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.01 Build 20210511 Rel. 59602(5553)

Hello,

My single EAP610 AP seems to be using 802.11a only.  All my network devices appear to have slow connections, and Windows reports the protocol used on my network card is 802.11a.  I confirmed with my phone that the speed is limited to 20mbps download.  I've checked the AP settings, and the IEEE802.11 Mode is set to b/g/n/ax mixed.  It was working fine yesterday, but now everything has reverted to 802.11a.  How can I fix this?

@ASN45 I see what I did that caused this, but I don't know why.  I turned off the QoS under Wireless / QoS, and suddently all my devices went to 802.11a.  I turned QoS back on and everything went back to normal.  I have QoS enabled on my router, and I turned this feature off on my EAP610 because my router handles this.  Why did this happen?

In general, wireless can only negotiate up to 54Mbps(802.11a) when QoS WMM is turned off, so it is recommended to keep the default setting which is to enable this feature.
