Hello,

 

I am trying to adopt the EAP245v3 to my OMADA controller (5.1.7) and it is proving impossible.

The EAP appears in the list as "PENDING", I give it to adopt and during the "PROVISIONING" process the EAP disconnects and returns to the "PENDING" state in the menu.

I have tried to restore the EAP several times and I have tried to change the firmware version to a previous one but it has the same problem.

 

I can ping the EAP from the controller (same subnet).

Tried with EAP credentials and just reset (default EAP credentials)

 

Any ideas?

 Tested with Ubuntu, all OK.

 

I understand that it is a problem related to Windows, I have tried turning off the firewall but the same problem continues.

Please note that controller v5 requires TCP/UDP ports 29810-29814 to manage the device, please ensure that these ports are open.
