  @aschmid

The API calls for my coredns plugin are handled by a separate package, so you can use that as a reference if it helps: https://github.com/dougbw/go-omada

Looking at your script you have v3 in the URL for the login rather than V2 so that might be the issue

  @snoop_doug thanks for pointing out the v3 vs v2 typo. Unfortunately this was not the issue. I played around with this earlier and didn't change it back but this is not the cause of not getting anything back.

I'll have a look again at your implementation and see if I can find where my problem is.

This basic feature should be available to all TP-Link Router devices.

I would like to add my voice to this request. In my opinion this is basic functionality which should be supported.

I was surprised and disappointed that it is not part of the feature set. Now extra steps and more ways to fail in setting up an external DNS and extra management of both just to make sure they stay in sync... I guess it is job security... :(

 Bit shocked this isn't a defacto feature.

I'm having to duplicate all DHCP entries with local names on a separate DNS server, which has just caught me out (hence came looking to see if this had been implemented yet)
