Hi, 

 

i've been wondering if i can adopt the EAP245 using OC200 with cloud connection?

 

Example.

House A - OC200 with cloud access and with multiple EAPs

House B - with EAPs without controller

 

Is it a cloud based controller or is it the inform url and how can i know what is my inform url ?

You don't need a cloud-based controller, since you already have OC200.

 

The solution is, on the OC200 site's Router, open port 29810-29814 for the controller IP.

 

On the EAP management page(like your screenshot), put in the OC200 site Router's public IP.

Hi  @Somnus ,

 

I already did the setup but im getting failed to adopt. 

Device adoption failed because the device does not respond to adopt commands.

 

 

destination ip: my controller ip address.

inform url : my router wan ip

My mistake. I gave you the wrong port number. It should be 29810-29814.

I Edit my answer and correct it.
