I'm unable to update the firmware of my EAP265 HD access point. I don't use the controller software, it is a standalone access point.
Current verion 1.1.0 Build 20200619 Rel. 58617(4555), version I want to upgrade to EAP265HD(EU)_V1_5.0.4 Build 20211021
Try upgrade the firmware one by one. There are many versions between 20200619 and 20211021
@Somnus i tried that but non of thema work. Ik haven't tried a reset yet because of the hassle.
@Jumpy007 What is the hardware version of your EAP? There should be a country code(like US/EU etc.)
I found your firmware is also available in US website. If your device is US hardware version, then it can only apply US firmware.
You may try EAP265HD(US)_V1_5.0.0 Build 20200918
