  @Fae You should probably put an end to banning users who haven't broken any rules.  Simply complaining about the product and calling out TP-Link for the way they've handled the roll-out isn't breaking a community guideline.  Addressing those concerns would go a long way toward keeping fans loyal.

User interface: simplify the user interface to make it more intuitive and user-friendly. Sometimes a cluttered interface can be overwhelming for users, so a clean and straightforward design would be desirable.

Diverse content: It would be fantastic if the community featured a wider range of content and topics. Consider adding sections or boards on different product categories, troubleshooting guides, and user experiences. This way, users can easily find information relevant to their specific needs.

Improved search functionality: improve the search function so that users can quickly find relevant topics, discussions, or solutions to their problems. Integrate filters and sorting options to make the search process more efficient and productive.

Interactive tutorials: create interactive tutorials or video guides to help users understand product features and easily set up their devices. Visual aids can be incredibly useful and improve the overall user experience.

Gamification and rewards: Introduce a gamification element to the community, such as badges, points, or rewards for active participation and helpful posts. This can encourage users to engage more and create a vibrant and supportive community.

Language support: consider adding language-specific sections or boards to appeal to a wider audience. This will make the community more inclusive and accessible to users from different regions.

  @Fae

Dear TP-Link Community,

Thank you for reaching out and inviting feedback on the TP-Link Community platform. It's great to see your commitment to continuously improving and enhancing the community experience.

I appreciate the opportunity to share my thoughts and suggestions. Here are a few ideas that could potentially enhance the TP-Link Community I'm also using Tp Link device for my project Warrior.

  1. Expanded Content: It would be beneficial to have more in-depth articles, tutorials, and guides covering various aspects of TP-Link products and networking. This would provide valuable resources for users seeking assistance or looking to expand their knowledge.

  2. User-Friendly Interface: Simplifying the user interface and ensuring easy navigation can greatly enhance the user experience. Intuitive menus, clear categorization, and a responsive design can contribute to a seamless browsing experience for all members.

  3. Community Engagement: Encouraging active participation and fostering discussions among community members can strengthen the sense of community. Consider organizing regular contests, polls, or Q&A sessions with TP-Link experts to engage and incentivize users.

  4. Product Feedback Channels: Providing designated channels or threads specifically for users to share feedback, report bugs, and suggest product improvements would be highly beneficial. This would allow users to directly communicate their concerns and ideas with the TP-Link team.

I hope these suggestions prove helpful in further enhancing the TP-Link Community. I look forward to seeing its continuous growth and improvement.

Thank you for your dedication to creating a valuable platform for TP-Link users.

  @Fae What's going on with forum - there's a lot of spam in Omada Cloud SDN and other business forum threads? You were hacked?
