Omada Software Controller....not workin corretly
hi all .... I have a strange problem with omada via software and not sdn. I have router with ip 192.168.1.1 and if I connect my static pc 192.168.1.240 with open ports directly to the router omada software controller 3.4.2 also works perfectly from a mobile phone with connected access points I have installed mikrotik 4011 and since then omada no longer works, ie I regularly access omada remotely but I see unconnected access points. now the configuration is: main router: 192.168.0.1 with dmz to mikrotik 192.168.0.200 Mikrotik 192.168.1.1 and the same ports of the tim router have been opened on the mikrotik and the pc always has the same ip. so i see controller up but access points not connected. could you help me?
access point are: Eap 110 and eap 225

Omada Controller software requires two things to work:
1. It must be able to communicate with the AP. You may try ping the EAP IP from controller PC;
2. Software uses port 29810-29814, make sure these ports are available and useable on this PC.

hi mister, thanks for your help but i have still problems attached I put the screen of my omada software controller as follows: router with ip gateway 192.168.1.1 pc where omada is installed: 192.168.1.243 open doors: 29810,29811,29812,29813, 8043, and 8088. the controller points to 192.168.1.243:8043 everything works correctly even from the mobile app. now i changed pc and i installed omada again, with the following parameters: router with ip gateway 192.168.1.1 pc where omada is installed: 192.168.1.238 open doors: 29810,29811,29812,29813, 8343, and 8188. the controller points to 192.168.1.238:8343 my problem is: i did backup and restore, and also migrate site, but eap and sites have been imported, but i see disconnected devices. how can i solve my problem? I look forward to the solution. thanks always. please

@Andrew71 I think people can't understand you.
Is your PC able to ping EAPs? Please attach ouput from ping to each EAP.

Hi,
can you try these steps:
1) update omada software to the latest version
2) update the EAPs to the lastest firmware version
Then:
3) from the omada pc ping the EAPs
4) check if the necessary ports are reachable
Let us know how it worked out.
