Model: TL-R470T+
Hardware Version: V6
Firmware Version: 6.0.4 Build 20200313 Rel.32850

Hello,

For context, I have:

R470T+

Wired Leased Line 100mbps with static IPs

Wired Home office (no wireless)

Testing (inside firewall network):

Speedtest (results show max up/down 50mbps)

SpeedofMe (results show max up/down 50mbps)

HTTP download file from MEDIAFIRE (results show max download of 50mbps with multiple streams)

Testing (outside firewall network, PC using ISP static IP):

Speedtest (results show max up/down 100mbps)

SpeedofMe (results show max up/down 100mbps)

HTTP download file from MEDIAFIRE (results show max download of 100mbps with multiple streams)

Is there a setting or configuration that caps the bandwidth of the router?

@Harry_T You may check Duplex Mode of the LAN ports of the router. On router web interface Network-->Switching-->Port  Status.

Try change negotiation mode to 100M Full-duplex
