You can start a new thread to share your ideas or ask questions.We got a new router and had to reset the access point. but after resetting, i cant get any device to get an IP from the EAP245. Even if I manually give an IP to the device, i cant access the EAP. ANy ideas?

First ensure that your phone or PC is connected to this EAP WiFi, then check the IP of the client, if found to be an invalid IP or similar to 169.254.X.X, generally there is a problem with the physical connection, it is recommended to change a few more network cables to try.
If the client can get the IP address, it is recommended to ping EAP, gateway, 8.8.8.8 respectively, to see which section is the problem.
And you will see a change of light on the EAP itself if you reset successfully.
