I have 2 almost identical setups in different locations.   I'm getting log events at random times several times a day at both locations indicating the OC200 is disconnecting and some random time later reconnecting.

 

messages seem to have started on the May 24 after I updated to the latest SDN.

 

In both locations the OC200 and ER605 are connected to the same switch.  Nothing in the network has changed in several months.

 

Sorry if this has been covered but I couldn't find it when I searched the forum.

Would you be able to provide some more information on what the firmware and hardware version of router and switch is?

Is it just logging that there are disconnected issue?

Are there any problems with the OC200 and the router disconnecting or dropping the connection in practice?

Can't say for sure yet. I mostly use wired devices.   I just noticed the messages yesterday and since it appears random I can't set up to capture everthing as it happens.  I have checked the logs and they don't show clients being dropped during the time frames the logs show disconnect/connect entries.  But their connected to the EAP225's so that makes sense. 

 

However, I have noticed my ipads (2 of them) unexpectedly losing network connectivity even though I'm sitting in one place and not moving.  But nothing is logged showing the connection dropping or reconnecting.  Because I'm using it I go in and re-enable the network on the iPad.  This could be happening when I'm not using them and the connection re-establishes on it own but with nothing being logged I can't verify it.   Of course this could be an entirely different issue.

I have the same problems. I am running an OC200 that is connected directly to the ER7206. This is disconnected several times a day at irregular intervals, as are a few iPhones.

 

I have a slightly different problem with a Raspberry Pi. This is connected via LAN to a switch that is directly connected to the ER7206. The log very often shows that it is disconnected from the switch and connected directly to the router, which of course is not true.
