Cannot get DHCP from spectrum modem
I can access via console, and gui once I change my ip on my computer to 192.168.0.2.
I have no activity lights for LAN. But do have orange activity light for port 1(my pc) and green lights for port 2, with poe light under(AP). No ping within web gui.
These are in console when booting up.

And then the other odd issue I am having, is that it will not boot when a Ethernet is ran from the Spectrum modem. It will sit forever with PWR lit, and fan at MAX. Below is the error I get in console, the last 10 characters or so was when I unplugged and then had a successful boot. I also had this issue with the last one I just RMA'd, but just figured out the cause. I have everything plugged in to a UPS with simulated sine wave, so shouldn't be power issues. I cannot access console. It boots with my PC Ethernet plugged in by it self. Everything works great on asus router. Tried different cables, bypassed ups.
EDIT: The power issue is apparently a fail safe when the incoming data is not correct.

Any ideas? I am at a loss!
