Hi,
 

Can you explain to me what is the difference between Switch and EAP ACL?
When I deny traffic between devices A and B using any of those it blocks the traffic. What is the point of EAP ACL if I can use Switch ACL to achieve the same result?

My understanding is that switch ACLs are primarily for wired networks and are more powerful, including the ability to be paired with the use of VLANs to achieve the role of assigning back-end devices within different subnets.

 

The EAP ACLs, on the other hand, mainly work on wireless clients and are relatively less functional.
